Post Pals Big Weekend will be taking 35 families with a seriously ill child to Southend on Sea for a special memory making weekend!

Families will be spending a weekend at a 4* Hotel near the sea. During both days they get to have lots of fun at Adventure Island theme park which is packed with rides and entertainment, everything from big rollercoasters to soft play. For those who can’t go on rides we have a group trip on the train down the UK’s longest pier. Every child will have an arcade card for the best arcades we’ve ever seen! Not to mention it’s on the seafront so there’s the beach too!

Lunch is in a restaurant where the waitresses sing, and kids can dance and join in! Are you tube or IV fed? You’ll still be served the same as everyone else but in Jellycat form!

On the Saturday evening it’s time to PARTY! We have an exclusively hired room with the amazing Broadway band who will alternate live sets and DJing, they’ll have the families entertained and dancing all evening! There are quiet areas with activities too, so the children can come and go as they please.

Sunday starts with breakfast plane spotting, n the hotels rooftop bar overlooking a runway. Families then get another fun day at Adventure Island and Sealife Adventure which has meerkats and a butterfly house along with the sea life.
