X-Linked Lymphoproliferative Syndrome (XLP) or Duncan Disease is a very rare genetic condition with only around 100 families world wide being diagnosed. Without treatment it is unlikely sufferers will live through their teenage years, the “cure” treatment is a bone marrow transplant.
